TIG Welder

Location: Sparta, MI

Pay: $20–$25+/hour, based on experience

**Shifts: **2nd & 3rd Shift – Flexible Scheduling

Integrity Trade Services is hiring TIG Welders for a manufacturing client in Sparta, MI. This is a great opportunity for a skilled welder to put their experience to work in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment with opportunities for growth.

Schedule

Multiple shift options available! Candidates will be asked about their preferred working hours during the interview process.

• 2nd Shift: Approximately 2:00 PM–12:00 AM or 3:00 PM–1:00 AM

• 3rd Shift: Approximately 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

Exact hours may vary by department and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on metal parts according to work orders, layouts, and welding specifications

• Complete repetitive production welding while maintaining quality and consistency

• Inspect finished welds and parts for quality

• Follow safety and production procedures

• Work with a variety of metal fabrication equipment and processes

Qualifications

• Previous TIG/MIG welding experience or welding education required

• Ability to read and follow work orders, layouts, and welding diagrams

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Dependable and hardworking

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• TIG/MIG welding test required for final applicants
