Overview

We’re hiring a skilled TIG Welder to support a manufacturing operation in Sanford, FL. This role involves precision welding on a variety of materials and requires strong attention to detail and consistency in high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment based on job requirements
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support fabrication and production as needed

Requirements

• Experience with TIG welding in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong attention to detail and weld quality
• Experience working with stainless steel and/or aluminum
• Ability to use basic fabrication tools and measuring equipment
• Reliable and able to work in a production environment
