Job Description

We specialize in the wholesale distribution and processing of corrugated and interlocked flexible metal hoses.

Hose Assembly Welder:

Shift: 1st shift - 6:00am-2:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Keep stock of filler wire

• Join corrugated hose as required

• Tack and cut interlocked hose

• Perform welds of specified size in planned order of assembly

• Inspect welds for any leaks

• Set up and operate welding equipment according to specifications and welding procedures

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, work instructions, and specifications

• Ensure welds meet quality, strength, and appearance standards

• Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and tools

This position would be for a manual GTAW welder in the 1gr position on stainless steel hose ranging from 2.5" to 20" in diameter with a wall thickness between 0.015 and 0.035."
