• Collaborate with team members to optimize welding processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder; MIG welding experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve welding issues.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
