### Responsibilities
Perform TiG welding on a variety of metals, including stainless steel and aluminum.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
Set up welding equipment and ensure proper functioning before starting projects.
Inspect welded joints for quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance welding skills.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
Proven experience as a TiG Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
In-depth knowledge of welding techniques and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Welding certification is preferred but not required.
