ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications.Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

QualificationsProven experience as a TIG Welder or similar role.Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety standards.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.Certification in welding (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
