Job Description

Inova Staffing is interviewing with TIG welders for one of our clients in Geneva.

This is direct hire position.

2nd shift, 2:30pm-11pm Monday-Friday, OT as needed

Responsibilities:

Welding on a variety of metals, including aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel sheet metal, and more

Interpret and work from blueprints and welding symbols

Document necessary data

Routine maintenance on welding equipment

Conduct cycle counts of parts and manage material handling tasks as required.

Assist with additional projects and duties as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques across different metal types, but especially strong aluminum TIG welding abilities

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and effectively ensure final products meet print specifications

Basic computer skills for data entry and production reporting

Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing or industrial environment
