Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding and will be responsible for producing high-quality, precision welds on a variety of metal components. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, steady hand control, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on various metals including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
• Prepare materials for welding using hand tools such as grinders, saws, and deburring equipment.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment according to job requirements.
• Ensure weld quality meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Inspect finished welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance.
• Handle and position materials using appropriate equipment and tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder with strong knowledge of TIG welding processes.
• Experience welding thin gauge materials and precision components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Proficiency with fabrication tools and equipment.
• Basic math skills for measurements and layout work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
