As a key player in our production process, you will be responsible for executing high-quality welding tasks while ensuring compliance with ITAR regulations. Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on various aerospace components with precision and attention to detail.
• Set up and operate welding equipment for production runs, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct MIG, Stick, Flux-Cored Arc, and Laser welding as required by project specifications.
• Ensure all welding processes comply with ITAR regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve welding issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document welding processes and maintain records as required for quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of welding setups for production and various welding techniques.
• Familiarity with ITAR compliance and its implications in the welding process.
• Experience with MIG, Stick, Flux-Cored Arc, and Laser welding methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
