Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel materials to create high-quality welds.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior welders as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a TIG welder, specifically with stainless steel.
• Familiarity with welding techniques, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Certification in welding (e.g., AWS) is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
