Overview

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread rolling machines for aerospace fasteners.

• Perform machine changeovers and ensure proper tooling and dies are installed.

• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

• Use precision measuring tools to verify tolerances.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Maintain surface finish requirements for threads.

• Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining preferred.

• Experience setting up and operating thread rolling machines (Waterbury, Saspi preferred).

• Aerospace or fastener manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Strong understanding of machining processes and blueprints.

• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume production environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
