## Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in thermoforming or plastic manufacturing processes.
Strong understanding of materials used in thermoforming, including thermoplastics.
Proficient in process optimization techniques and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
