You will be the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Battery Lead for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Team. Our team partners with the Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (RSADF) to operate, maintain, march order, and emplace the THAAD missile defense system across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What You Will Be Doing
As the CLS Battery Lead you will guide a small crew of 2 5 logistics specialists, serve as the primary liaison to RSADF leadership, and ensure every THAAD component remains mission ready. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the CLS point of contact for RSADF operational leaders, delivering clear status updates on THAAD maintenance.
• Supervising, mentoring, and directing all CLS personnel to meet U.S. Army Material Maintenance Management standards.
• Providing field and sustainment level maintenance support for THABD equipment, including troubleshooting above the Enhanced Operator/Maintainer (EOM) level.
• Coordinating schedule, upgrades, and modifications for the THAAD sustainment program with RSADF and U.S. government representatives.
• Delivering concise oral and written briefings that translate complex technical data into actionable information for RSADF and Lockheed Martin leadership.
• Building trust through open, candid communication with RSADF, U.S. government points of contact, and internal leadership.
• Leading the transition of maintenance responsibilities from CLS driven effort to RSADF led ownership, including hands on training for Saudi maintainers.
• Reporting maintenance status, administrative needs, and any critical events that could impact operations to senior leadership.
• Requesting Engineering Reach Back support for high complexity issues and facilitating daily maintenance coordination meetings with the RSADF commander or designee.
