We are hiring experienced Test Technicians to support our electronics manufacturing and quality testing operations. In this role, you’ll operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated and manual test systems that verify printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies before shipment. You’ll work closely with engineers and production teams to ensure every product meets strict reliability and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support automated and manual electronic test equipment during production
- Perform functional and in-circuit testing (ICT) to confirm product quality
- Troubleshoot and diagnose failures at the component or system level
- Conduct routine calibration and maintenance of test systems and fixtures
- Follow established test procedures, quality guidelines, and safety standards
- Document all test results, defects, and retests accurately in MES or related systems
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workstation
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree, diploma, or certification in Electronics or Electrical Technology
- Basic understanding of electronic components, circuits, and functional testing
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and test documentation
- Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and functional testers
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Experience operating Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or functional testers
- Hands-on experience in equipment calibration, setup, or maintenance
- Basic soldering and electronic rework experience
- Familiarity with data collection or test software systems
Work Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
