The hourly rate for this role is estimated to be $20 to $24 per hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
What You Will Do in this Role:
Test electronic assemblies before they are installed in upper-level assemblies.
Repair parts returned from customers to ensure efficient functionality.
Power up Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and prepare them for testing.
Test vehicles in a simulation of the customer's system to ensure they meet requirements.
Support the Engineering group with test track configuration, ensuring a smooth procedure.
Ensure that the end product meets the world-class standards of Dematic Corp.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously to support AGV ship dates strictly.
Report any issues to the Engineering team and actively engage in resolving them.
Carry out additional responsibilities as designated by Dematic to support our ambitious goals.
HS Diploma or equivalent preferred. Certificate from a trade/technical school or equivalent experience is helpful.
1-3 years of experience in electronics or testing.
Working experience with MS Office, Windows OS, IP, and Networking.
Knowledge of electronics, including the ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
Proficiency in handling data collection devices like oscilloscopes, meters, sensors, and gauges.
Enjoys hands-on work, including building, testing, and debugging tools throughout the development cycle.
Takes a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving and pays close attention to detail.
Self-motivated, able to meet strict deadlines, and driven to deliver outcomes.
