Test Plant Managers, Raeford, NC: Responsible for management of the test plant, testing of system and component level transformers, and developing new test processes throughout the product lifecycle. Oversee the in-process (assembly stage) and final testing of Transformers and sub-component/assemblies. Provide leadership, direction, and instructions for the workforce.
