  • Collaborate with software development teams to understand requirements and support testability throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Participate in design and requirements reviews to help identify potential issues early in development.

  • Perform hands-on testing in lab and manufacturing-like environments, including setup, configuration, and validation of test equipment and test benches.

  • Analyze test results, document defects, and work closely with development teams to support resolution of issues affecting product performance, reliability, and safety.

  • Participate in root cause investigations involving software, firmware, and hardware interactions.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of testing tools and methodologies for complex industrial products.

What You Will Need

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar.

  • Familiarity with hardware testing and debugging using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG, or similar diagnostic equipment.

  • Experience supporting testing activities for embedded or product-based systems.
