Ensure the effective and on-going training program for employees.
Ability to learn and maintain ordering software/equipment.
Plan promotions and report all activities to manager.
Maintain monthly contact with all key accounts.
Analyze sales and progress reports to determine in current promotional activities need to be expanded, continued or curtailed.
Determine the best product (i.e., package type and flavor) for a particular location. Ability to run routes and order product accordingly.
Ability to be on-call every 4 to 6 weeks.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager. QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires a High school diploma or general education development (GED) diploma
Specialized training equivalent to 2 years’ college Minimum 3 years Beverage Sales and supervisory experience
A valid Class A Commercial Driving License (or the ability to obtain one in allotted time period)
Ability to pass and maintain DOT medical requirements
Ability to lift 60 pounds constantly
Ability to lift 30 pounds over shoulders constantly
Ability to push/pull product frequently
Ability to kneel, stoop, and bend frequently
Ability to walk/stand at least 8 hours/daily
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
Maintains a professional relationship with co-workers, customers, and the public
Maintain confidentially in financial and personnel related matters
