Position Summary 

The Territory Sales Manager is an outside sales professional responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and account penetration throughout the Atlanta, Georgia market. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, this position develops existing customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and promotes Allura’s products and services across the assigned market. 

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate sales, secure orders, and grow the assigned territory.
  • Conduct prospect research, customer calls, in-person visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to identify needs, communicate competitive advantages, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service. 
  • Monitor territory potential, customer activity, market conditions, and competitive trends while providing management with relevant reports and insights. 
  • Maintain current knowledge of Allura’s products, applications, and technical services, and represent the company at trade shows and industry conventions. 
  • Travel up to 75% within the assigned territory and region.

What You Will Bring

  • At least five years of experience in fiber cement, building materials, or a related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
