Position Purpose:

The Territory Manager - Specialty Products at SRS Building Products is tasked with driving strategic sales growth and establishing robust stakeholder relationships across their assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Execution: Formulate and execute detailed sales strategies to meet or surpass corporate objectives, identifying and capitalizing on emerging markets while staying informed of new products and competitive landscapes.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key industry stakeholders, including architects, builders, contractors, and distributors, to enhance the market presence of SRS Building Products' Specialty Products.
Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and potential threats, converting these insights into proactive sales strategies that drive growth.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate territory performance against predetermined sales targets and KPIs, initiating necessary adjustments to ensure the attainment of sales goals.

The Territory Manager - Specialty Products at SRS Building Products reports directly to the Regional Sales Director. This position does not have any direct reports.
