7 | Responsible for implementing company management rules, briefing production, quality and labor discipline; | |||
8 | Responsible for organizing analysis and improvement of difficult problems, tracking the performance and feeding back; | |||
9 | Responsible for organizing statistical analysis and developing improvement measures and tracking performance in case of indicator abnormalities in production; | |||
10 | Responsible for coordinating workshop daily routine, cooperating with the Statistics Section, Department of Finance in completing workshop inventory and employee bonus accounting; | |||
11 | Responsible for auditing authenticity of workshop production statements and records and compliance of inventories and accounts; organizing statistical analysis and developing improvement measures and tracking the performance in case of any abnormalities; of abnormal problems; | |||

16 | Responsible for monitoring the implementation of 5S and SECURITY of workshop posts, maintaining a clean, efficient and safe working environment; | |||
17 | Participating in various activities to improve and solve problems so as to improve quality, eliminate waste and reduce costs; | |||
18 | Positively understanding and monitoring all workshop environmental factors, risk factors, hazards and their control methods; | |||

Physical Condition | The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip). Visual acuity including, but not limited to: a. NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded. b. FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions. c. DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are. d. COLOR VISION - Ability to identify and distinguish colors. e.
