TEMP SHOP WELDER (1–2 Month Project)

Phoenix Fabricators & Erectors is seeking experienced Temporary Shop Welders to help us get caught up on production. This is a full-time, short-term opportunity (1–2 months) with competitive pay and overtime available.

What You’ll Do

Weld using FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW
Read blueprints and follow shop drawings
Perform and inspect welds to AWS D1.1 and AWWA standards
Operate oxy/acetylene torch and overhead cranes
Work with a team to meet production deadlines

What We’re Looking For

2+ years welding experience
Ability to pass horizontal and vertical weld tests (ASME Section IX)
Experience producing X-ray quality welds
Reliable transportation
Willing to work 40+ hours per week

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)
