Electrical / Test Technician
Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-onElectrical / Test Technicianto support equipment testing and validation in a manufacturing environment. This is adetail-oriented, entry-level to early-career rolefocused on following structured test procedures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment meets required specifications.
This role works closely with Engineering and Operations and is ideal for someone with an electrical background who is comfortable working with their hands and learning on the job.
Compensation
- $25 - $29/hr ($50k-$60k annual)
Schedule / Work Environment
- Onsite role Monday-Friday
- 8-hour workday
- Flexible start time between6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
- 30 min or 1-hour lunch (flexible)
- End time adjusts based on start/lunch
- Stable, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities
- Performfinal testing of equipmentto ensure it meets specifications
- Follow detailedtest procedures, checklists, and documentation
- Read and interpretelectrical schematics and diagrams
- Troubleshoot basic issues and identify root causes when problems arise
- Document test results and clearly communicate issues to supervisors
- Ensure equipment meets required specs before release
- Support engineering and operations teams with testing and validation
Sample Day-to-Day Tasks
Execute testing procedures on equipment and systems
Verify outputs and performance against specifications
Troubleshoot issues such as: - Electrical faults
- Component-level inconsistencies
- Equipment not meeting test criteria
Communicate findings and escalate issues when needed
Maintain accuracy and consistency across all testing processes

Required Qualifications
- Basic electrical knowledge or background
- Ability to follow structured processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment
- Good communication skills to report issues clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree, trade school, or equivalent experience (not required)
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Exposure to: - Electrical schematics- Equipment testing
