At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, with a commitment to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated hourly base pay rate for this position is $35.00. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria.
Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician!
The Advanced Maintenance Technician independently maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs a wide range of CNC, robotic, and automated manufacturing equipment. This role is a key problem solver on the shop floor, handling most breakdowns without assistance, supporting junior technicians, and contributing to equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
CNC lathes and vertical/horizontal machining centers
Laser cutting systems, waterjet cutters, punch presses, and press brakes
Injection molding presses and automated dispensing systems
Welding and assembly robotic cells
Industrial ovens, powder paint systems, and plated process equipment
Automated and semi‑automated production cells
Key Responsibilities:
What you’ll Need To Succeed:
Approximately 5 years experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills across rotating and precision equipment
Solid AC/DC electrical diagnostic skills
Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment (I/O, fault diagnostics, safe recovery)
Proficient in hydraulic and pneumatic system troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints
Experience with CNC equipment maintenance and automated production systems
Competent use of precision measurement tools and alignment equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
