Duties: Responsible for technical research in workshop, assist in quality improvement, equipment modification; new product sampling, mass production tracking. Responsible to shift supervisor, follow shift supervisor work plan and Lead Supervisor arrangement. Shift operation and production daily report. Responsible for assisting workshop to complete the company's KPI and tracking projects. Responsible for organizing and dealing with abnormal circumstances; dealing with the quality and process problems. Do daily shift process check list and report to shift supervisor. Make plan for initial training, formal training and multi positions training. Responsible for training new employees or transfer staff; regular job training for each position. Responsible for production process of product quality tracking and analysis and finding solutions. Responsible for tracking and delivery of production order and difficult products. Daily quality analysis report. Responsible for on-site 5S management and control of printing materials. Responsible for spot checking of printing and manual logo printing to ensure that the logo format is in line with international / national laws and regulations, to ensure product's safety, regulatory. Supervise the completion of cleaning for each position, equipment, tooling, tools. Identify workplace environment factors, hazard resource and control method.
Requirements: Two (2) years of automobile glass industry experience in a pre-treatment technician role and experience must include the following:
1. Proficiency in operating pre-treatment printing machines
2. Proficiency in operating pre-treatment Bystronic cutting, breaking, and grinding equipment
3. Ability to quickly resolve production floor issues
4. Ability to train on-site staff
