Technical Solutions Specialist – Entry Level
Allentown, PA | Full Time | Hybrid – 4 days onsite
Fuller Technologies is looking for an entry-level Technical Solutions Specialist to support our Parts, Engineering, and Inside Sales teams. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career technical professional who enjoys researching technical information, working through documentation, and solving problems.
You do not need cement industry experience or several years of professional experience. We are open to candidates who are just beginning their careers and are eager to learn our equipment and products.
What you'll do
- Research and identify spare parts using technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and historical equipment information
- Validate part numbers and technical information based on internal and customer requirements
- Dig through legacy documentation and older equipment records to locate the correct information
- Provide technical product support to Parts and Inside Sales
- Work with Engineering, Parts, and Sales when additional technical support is needed
- Help troubleshoot technical questions and support non-conformance investigations and claims
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation and specifications
- Learn Fuller's equipment, products, systems, and technologies
What we're looking for
- Technical or engineering background such as Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Design/Drafting, Manufacturing, Maintenance, or a related discipline
- Recent graduates and candidates with less than one year of professional experience are encouraged to apply
- Ability or aptitude to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Strong research, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable digging through technical information to find answers
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Experience with industrial equipment, manufacturing, spare parts, hydraulics, or heavy industry is a plus — not required
