Requirements
Pay Rate: $70k - $85k (annual salary) DOE
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
The Technical Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent technical support to representatives, customers and internal personnel that exceeds customer expectations in a manner that is consistent with the company values and operating philosophy.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Service job preparation – Prepares/updates estimates, maintains a technician schedule, prepares documentation, and make arrangements with customers and Service Technicians as requested in advance of field service work (including parts and tools required). Ensure reports are distributed and filed
2) Tech Support – Provide necessary technical support to Service Technicians actively engaged in the field.
3) Customer Communication– Provide necessary technical support to representatives and customers as required by business demands. This includes but not limited to: Prep for service work, Startup questions, Installation questions from contractors and end customers, Engineering questions, In-House technical calls as needed.
4) Technical Parts Support – Assist aftermarket parts in quoting and verify correct parts designated for service job and aftermarket requests to meet customer needs.
5) Potential to perform sales calls, job walks, and part staging as needed, to help maintain internal and external customer expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience):
1) Minimum of 2 years working in a field service industry preferred.
2) Comprehensive understanding of troubleshooting, controls and combustion.
3) Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
4) Prior Customer Service experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1) High energy level and ability to tolerate and manage stress and stressful situations.
2) Travel – work requires travel by car and includes extended periods of sitting. This could include trips to customer sites as well as other Fulton and Volcanic offices.
3) Vision – visual acuity is require to view a computer terminal and to analyze data.
4) Light Work – occasional exertion of 20 pounds or less. Moderate walking, standing and sitting.
