EOSS North America

Join a fast-growing, innovation-driven division at Prysmian focused on advanced monitoring solutions for critical infrastructure. In this role, you will combine technical expertise and consultative sales to help customers in the energy and industrial sectors improve reliability, reduce risk, and make data-driven decisions.

This is a high-impact, field-facing role offering strong visibility, hands-on customer engagement, and the opportunity to grow into a technical sales leader within a rapidly expanding business.

What You’ll Do:

Client Growth & Account Management

  • Build and grow relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of monitoring technologies

New Business Development

  • Qualify and convert leads into long-term customers
  • Identify new opportunities within your assigned North American territory

Technical Sales & Solution Delivery

  • Lead product demonstrations and support onboarding of new customers
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear customer value
  • Provide first-level technical guidance and coordinate with experts to resolve complex issues

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Gather and communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and marketing to execute campaigns and strategies

Territory Ownership

  • Manage and grow a defined territory, ensuring strong pipeline development and coverage
  • Conduct regular customer visits (virtual and in-person) and represent Prysmian at industry events

What You Bring:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing, technical, or commercial roles

Preferred

  • Experience in technical sales, industrial products, or infrastructure-related technologies
  • Exposure to monitoring, sensing, or diagnostic systems

Key Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • High learning agility and curiosity for new technologies
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
