Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines). Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in implementing technologies in a manufacturing environment, within the semiconductor or similar industries.
Demonstrated expertise in program management, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain support from stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Technical proficiency in AR and VR technologies, including hardware, software, and development tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in AR and VR implementations.
Passion for AR and VR technologies, with a strong desire to drive their adoption and impact in semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment manufacturing.
Change management experience, including managing organizational change and guiding employees through technology adoption processes.

$104,000.00 - $143,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
