Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with railroad maintenance and operations

  • Experience with Wabtec Digital Intelligence products

  • Understanding of locomotive functions and systems

  • Strong customer service mindset and self-motivation

  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

What will your typical day look like?

As a TPM, your day may include:

  • Partnering with customers to identify and prioritize key initiatives

  • Coordinating issue resolution with internal teams across engineering, support, and field services

  • Communicating customer impact and urgency to internal stakeholders

  • Tracking and updating action items to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

  • Supporting contract strategy discussions with Sales, Legal, and Commercial Operations

  • Contributing to proposal development and executive deal reviews

  • Identifying and promoting value-added service enhancements

  • Sharing insights and best practices with TPM peers

  • Delivering internal and external training programs as needed

  • Managing customer issues and requests using Salesforce

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside your core function. Training will be provided as needed to support your success.
