Job Summary
• This role is responsible for ensuring hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of a software feature, solution, or product. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise to navigate challenges, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive innovation. The role is responsible for defining the overall approach and architecture, driving overall quality plan and ensuring the on-time delivery and escalation, as necessary.
Responsibilities
• Leads portions of the planning and execution of multiple complex technical projects or programs in support of the continuing evolution of the organization's software products.
• Develops software roadmaps based on product and technical requirements and business needs.
• Partners with cross-functional software development teams to help them prioritize, plan, track and execute complex, cross organizational programs.
• Performs program analysis, manages risk, identifies and influences necessary course corrections.
• Continuously assesses and improves the processes that comprise the software development lifecycle.
• Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality of highly visible, complex programs.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to ensure that solutions meet quality and performance standards.
• Communicates project status, progress, and challenges through regular reporting and presentations to leadership.
• Encourages innovation within project teams and facilitate the exploration of new technologies and solutions.
• Ensures that all stakeholders are aligned towards a common goal by meeting and receiving feedback on an ongoing basis.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $130,350.00 to $200,750.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
