Join Our Crew! — Technical Design Assistant (Boating & Powersports)

Do you have a passion for precision and a love for the boating and powersports world? We’re on the lookout for a Technical Design Assistant who can help turn innovative designs into high-performance products for life on the water and the open road.

In this role, you’ll help bridge the gap between technical design and production — making sure every stitch, seam, and specification is production-ready and meets the rugged demands of the boating and powersports industries.

What You’ll Be Doing:
🌊 Enter bills of materials and operations into our Vantage system, documenting every detail that makes our products stand up to the elements
🛥️ Maintain and update system data with precision — your accuracy helps power great rides and smooth sails
⚙️ Interpret engineering changes and release them into production seamlessly
🧵 Create and review minis in the Gerber system, marking up problem areas before they hit the production floor
🤝 Collaborate with production teams to answer questions, solve challenges, and ensure flawless execution
⏱ Conduct time studies and lead the development of our Research Coordinator

What You’ll Bring Aboard:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Strong computer and math skills
✅ Ability to read blueprints and understand pattern-making fundamentals
✅ Knowledge of sewing practices, terminology, and an eye for detail
✅ Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
