We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to effectively lead our team of skilled technicians. Working under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for supervision of the maintenance team in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills required to build a strong motivated team of maintenance technicians. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have prior experience supervising or managing a maintenance team. High level maintenance skills preferred with knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and equipment installs. This is a hands-on job for a strong leader who is able to prioritize tasks and delegate assignments based on various situations. High pay potential for the right candidate.
