Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Program Manager is a critical member of LSB Industries’ Human Resources team. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers and other team members to recruit top talent for our organization. This role will drive the development and implementation of the overall recruiting strategy for LSB from both a business process and system perspective. The TA Program Manager will build and implement strategies that source highly qualified, diverse talent and be responsible for full cycle recruiting for all Corporate roles. In addition, the TA Program Manager will provide additional recruiting support for Engineering.
Primary Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Facilitates and implements all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Candidate pipeline development
- Monitoring and screening applications
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and converting candidates from managed schools/programs, formal channels (e.g., online applications, referrals), and candidates from "alternate" / industry sources
- Decision-round interviewing
- Offeree consultation and conversion
- Develops effective ideas and creative solutions to streamline and improve the process of recruiting for active and passive candidates
- Leads projects to implement new system functionality, optimize processes, increase efficiency, or otherwise enhance our talent acquisition capabilities
- Serves as the main initial contact for candidates for the company’s Oklahoma City, Oklahoma office
- Responds and follows up with all candidate inquiries
- Establishes and builds relationships with top priority candidates
- Guides HR peers and business leaders regarding relevant metrics and trends, and uses data to drive recruiting strategy as appropriate
- Liaises with HR peers for “on-boarding” of new hires (offer letters, signing bonuses, etc.)
- Collects and analyzes information and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts, providing valuable input aimed at continuously improving our recruiting efforts
- Prepares analysis and required reports
- Maintains job description library and templates- ensures all job postings are aligned to company brand
- Ensures diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and principles are incorporated throughout the steps in the hiring process
- Assists with annual budget planning and ensures budget allocations come in at or under plan
- Manages internship and co-op programs, including coordination and execution of orientation, training, performance evaluation, and affiliation events
- Ensures recruiting records and metrics are up to date and accurate
- Participates in professional networking groups, job fairs and other recruiting events
- Ensures data integrity and legal compliance throughout the recruiting process
- Leads and executes strategic projects as needed
Qualifications
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- Minimum: 8 years’ related experience
- Agency/Consulting experience or exposure a plus
- Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization
- Flexibility and some travel required

Technical skills
- Strong computer and database skills: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; general computer proficiency
- Strong expertise in working in various Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake).
- Preference: Paycom experience desired but not required.
Preference: Experience in sourcing and recruiting engineering technical talent
