About the Role 

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the organization’s recruiting strategy and full-cycle hiring operations. This role partners with business and HR leaders to forecast workforce needs, build talent pipelines, improve hiring processes, strengthen employer branding, and deliver consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager also leads HR team members in recruitment strategies and is the contact to sourcing specialists, ensuring alignment to organizational hiring priorities and recruiting best practices. The position is accountable for full cycle recruiting effectiveness, compliance, recruiting technology adoption, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights and execution.

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, workforce plans, and hiring priorities.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and preboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define role requirements, selection criteria, interview plans, and candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, and future workforce needs.
  • Lead and coach HR partners and hiring managers to ensure consistent candidate experience and compliance requirements.
  • Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts through job postings, career events, referrals, social media, and talent community engagement.
  • Coordinates Early Talent programs such as internships and apprenticeships. 
  • Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, candidate experience, offer acceptance, and process bottlenecks.
  • Manage recruiting systems, tools, vendors, and agency relationships to improve efficiency, data quality, and candidate engagement.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws, internal policies, equal employment opportunity standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve hiring processes, interview practices, candidate communications, and onboarding handoffs. 
  • Leverages the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify opportunities, monitor performance metrics, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed process improvements.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 or more years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting, preferably in Manufacturing.
  • 2 or more years of experience leading recruiting projects, programs, vendors, or team members.
  • Strong understanding of labor markets, industry specific challenges and local employment law.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, selection practices, interview processes, employment branding, and candidate experience best practices.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, reporting tools, and recruiting metrics; ADP experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English /Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to travel to other WI facilities and occasional travel to other US job sites.
