Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the company’s recruiting and hiring efforts for hourly and salaried positions across the organization. This position partners closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, identify, and hire top talent while supporting workforce planning and organizational growth. Regular travel to company locations, recruiting events, and career fairs is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions for five manufacturing sites and corporate roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning goals
- Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms and social media
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding activities
- Build relationships with colleges, technical schools, recruiting agencies, and community organizations
- Attend career fairs, hiring events, and company locations as needed
- Track recruiting metrics and support continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring procedures
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
