Job Description

Join Teledyne Technologies’ Talent Acquisition team supporting advanced Space Imaging programs. In this role, you’ll help support Space Imaging businesses across locations such as Camarillo, CA; Bromont, Canada; and Chelmsford, UK. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive hiring experience by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting recruiters, and ensuring candidates and hiring managers move smoothly through the recruitment process.

This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 6 - 9 months, with the potential for a temp‑to‑hire opportunity.

What you’ll do

• Assist with candidate screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and travel logistics

• Assist with Visitor Requests for on-site interviews

• Support recruiters with job postings, requisition tracking, and ATS workflow

• Track and process background checks and related pre‑employment requirements

• Coordinate onboarding activities and pre‑/post‑hire documentation

• Act as a recruiting liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR

• Maintain accurate recruiting records, reports, and audit documentation

• Assist with creation, review, and auditing of job descriptions

• Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and TA projects

• Help improve recruiting processes and tools across the organization

What you need

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information

• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

• 1–3 years related experience

• Prior Talent Acquisition or recruiting coordination experience

• Experience with Workday Software or other comparable talent system

• Preferred: Fluency in French to support Canadian Talent Acquisition

Vos missions

• Participer à la présélection des candidats, à la planification des entretiens, à la communication avec les candidats et à l'organisation des déplacements

• Traiter les demandes de visiteurs pour les entretiens sur site

• Assister les recruteurs dans la publication des offres d'emploi, le suivi des demandes de recrutement et le traitement des dossiers dans le système ATS

• Assurer le suivi et le traitement des vérifications d'antécédents et des exigences préalables à l'embauche

• Coordonner les activités d'intégration et la documentation avant et après l'embauche

• Assurer la liaison entre les candidats, les recruteurs, les responsables du recrutement et les RH

• Tenir à jour des dossiers de recrutement, des rapports et des documents d'audit précis

• Participer à la rédaction, à la révision et à l'audit des descriptions de poste

• Apporter votre soutien aux événements de recrutement, aux initiatives d'embauche et aux projets de gestion des talents

• Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et des outils de recrutement à l'échelle de l'organisation

Ce que nous recherchons

• Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités

• Grand souci du détail et discrétion vis-à-vis des informations confidentielles

• Compétences en communication professionnelle (écrite et orale)

• 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine

• Expérience préalable en acquisition de talents ou en coordination du recrutement

• Expérience avec le logiciel Workday ou tout autre système de gestion des talents comparable

• Maîtrise du français pour soutenir l’acquisition de talents au Canada
