Available Shifts

Day Shift

6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift

6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Schedule

  • 12-hour shifts
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule
  • Every other weekend off

Example:

  • Week 1: Work Monday-Tuesday, Off Wednesday-Thursday, Work Friday-Saturday-Sunday
  • Week 2: Off Monday-Tuesday, Work Wednesday-Thursday, Off Friday-Saturday-Sunday

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate take-up and rewinding equipment
  • Run specified package lengths according to production requirements
  • Perform spark testing and ensure proper equipment settings
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Label, tag, and package finished products accurately
  • Remove or reapply printing and markings on wire products as needed
  • Strip insulation from copper and aluminum wire for processing
  • Make quality repairs to defective materials when necessary
  • Maintain production records and follow work instructions
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned

Safety & Quality Responsibilities

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform quality checks throughout the production process
  • Report safety or quality concerns immediately
  • Follow established manufacturing and quality standards

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift

Preferred

  • Manufacturing, production, machine operator, warehouse, or industrial experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing facility environment
  • Exposure to varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions
  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, bending, pulling, and pushing
