The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS), Space Weapons and Information Systems is seeking Systems Engineers (Associate and Expert) to support the Wideband Global Satellite (WGS) Ground Satellite Configuration & Control Element (GSCCE) Modernization effort in Colorado Springs, CO. This role supports current system upgrades for upcoming WGS satellite launches and future development initiatives, with responsibility spanning the full product lifecycle from concept and development through maintenance and customer support. The selected candidate will operate in a fast-paced, modified-agile environment, contributing to product documentation development and broader systems engineering activities, including system design, integration, sustainment, and support of technical deliverables such as SOWs and test procedures. The ideal candidate will bring strong systems engineering, problem-solving, technical, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in team-based environments and contribute to the success of a complex, mission-critical program.

Typical Education/Experience:
Associate, Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Expert, Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary Pay Range:
Associate Level 2: $91,800 - $124,200
Expert Level 3: $112,200 - $151,800
