System Assembly Foreman - Export, PA

This is an exciting hands-on opportunity for an experienced mechanical or electro-mechanical professional to take a leadership role while staying directly involved in the work. You’ll spend approximately 90% of your time on the shop floor assembling, testing, and troubleshooting custom systems while mentoring and supporting the assembly team.

Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday | 7a-4p

Pay: $35-40/hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical systems using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

• Perform drilling, bolting, tubing, wiring, and component installation.

• Test, troubleshoot, and inspect completed systems.

• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and electrical testing equipment.

• Train and mentor assembly technicians.

• Help coordinate daily workflow and prioritize jobs.

• Assist with production troubleshooting and process improvements.

• Promote safety, quality, teamwork, and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of industrial mechanical, electro-mechanical, or systems assembly experience.

• Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and electrical schematics.

• Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills.

• Previous lead, training, or mentoring experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with precision measuring and electrical testing equipment.

• Technical/vocational training and Lean/6S experience preferred.

• Previous Lead Technician or Working Lead experience preferred.
