Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Swiss screw machines to produce high-quality precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a Swiss screw machinist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
