In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming Swiss-style CNC machines to produce high-quality components for various industries. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Swiss-style CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Program CNC machines using G-code and other relevant software.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a Swiss Machinist
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
