Swiss CNC Setup / Operator – Hanwha

Location: Sturtevant, WI

Pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience

Schedule: 7:00am–3:30pm (flexible start time available, e.g. 8:00am)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Swiss CNC Setup / Operator to set up and run Hanwha Swiss CNC machines producing precision components with tight tolerances. Experience with Sugami, Citizen, or Tornos Swiss machines is also acceptable.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Hanwha Swiss CNC machines (other Swiss brands acceptable).

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor adjustments.

• Monitor production to ensure parts meet tight tolerance requirements.

• Conduct in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.

• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and process sheets.

• Troubleshoot basic machine or tooling issues.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating Swiss CNC machines.

• Hanwha experience preferred; Sugami, Citizen, or Tornos experience welcome.

• Ability to read blueprints and measure precision parts.

• Comfortable working independently in a production environment.
