Job Description

Join our swine research team and play a hands-on role in supporting animal care and day-to-day research activities in the swine unit. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with animals, staying active, and contributing to meaningful research.

What you’ll do

• Support daily animal care: feeding, watering, observing, and documenting health/behavior
• Clean and sanitize pens, equipment, and work areas to maintain strong biosecurity standards
• Assist with research tasks such as weighing, moving animals, collecting samples, and recording data
• Help with set-up and coordination for trials (labeling, inventory, supplies, basic equipment support)

Schedule:

• 7:00am–3:30pm

Pay:

• $18.81/hr

What you need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Animal or livestock experience is a plus!
