Who You Are

As a member of the Lockheed Martin, Global Supply Chain Team and performing as a Program Management, Senior Manager, you will impact major complex procurements of different contract types and will have continued interaction with Lockheed Martin program leadership. You’ll need to operate autonomously and have the business acumen for interaction with the strategic supplier leadership chains.
In addition, You’ll be looked upon to help lead the team and promote their continued learning and training.

What You Will Be Doing

The Global Supply Chain Management, Senior Manager role within the Integrated Systems and Partnerships (IS&P) organization. IS&P is responsible for procurements from the major suppliers and complex systems for all programs and lifecycles at LM Aero. Direct the organizations day-to-day operations and responsible for integrating supply chain initiatives. Ensure sourcing strategies, release plans and commodity strategies support production and sustainment for all programs. Assure adequate capabilities and capacity in supply chain. Develop, train, and promote workforce vitality. Manage procurement groups for request for proposal activity, negotiations, awards, post subcontract award - supplier performance for assigned components and commodities. Manage procurement group to meet program targets/estimates at completion, small business goals, etc. Manage and influence critical path releases of statements of work and plans to align with required schedules and supplier lead times.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required

- Experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager or (PMP)

- Experience with subcontract cost, quality, schedule and/or technical program performance

- Experience in Aerospace & Defense (A & D) Industry

- Leadership or management experience to include, identifying and building organizational talent, team building and development

Desired skills

- Experience interfacing and interacting with senior leaders of the organization

- Organizational skills to handle many overlapping projects, simultaneously

- Negotiations experience, in a Truth in Negotiations (TINA) environment

- Experience managing procurement and/or sourcing teams

- Industry or prime negotiation experience

- Experience with SAP

- Experience leading large cross functional initiatives

- Experience addressing complex matters/solutions with Senior Leadership and customers

- Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance, if required by program

Ability to work remotely

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $144,600 - $255,070. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $166,400 - $288,305. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
