What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a full‑time Manager, Strategy Deployment & Talent Enablement to lead a high‑performing team that drives strategic execution, builds talent capabilities, guides change initiatives, and crafts clear organizational communications across the Aero Global Supply Chain organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Workforce Development within Aero Global Supply Chain, you will partner with senior leaders, functional peers, and external partners to ensure that our strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans, that our people have the skills and resources to succeed, and that change is managed smoothly and transparently.

Key Responsibilities of you and your team will include:

- Strategy Deployment: Translate corporate and supply‑chain strategies into measurable execution plans.
- Talent Enablement: Identify critical skill gaps and create learning pathways (formal training, on‑the‑job coaching, digital resources). Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of professional development curriculum. Partner with HR, L&D, and subject‑matter experts to embed competency frameworks into career development plans.
- Change Management: Lead change management for new processes, technologies, or organizational structures. Design and execute communication, sponsorship, and resistance‑management plans. Monitor adoption metrics and adjust tactics to sustain lasting change.
- Organizational Communications: Responsible for clear, consistent messaging that aligns with strategic goals and resonates with various audiences (internal teams, executives, functional partners). Manage communication channels (newsletters, executive all hands, GSC website and digital signage) to keep the workforce informed and engaged. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on messaging strategy during transformation initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile principles to streamline processes within the team and across the supply‑chain function. Capture lessons learned and best practices; disseminate them organization‑wide.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.

• Experience in strategy execution, talent development, change management, or corporate communications.

• Minimum 3 years of people‑management experience

• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Desired skills

• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred.

• Leadership experienced in Aero Global Supply Chain.

• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and data‑visualization abilities.

• Expertise in ADKAR, Prosci, or comparable change‑management frameworks.

• Effective at building relationships and stakeholder management

• Highly collaborative and enjoys tackling ambiguous projects in a fast paced environment

• Proficiency with project‑management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and learning‑management systems (SAP SuccessFactors).

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging to senior executives and broad audiences.

Ability to work remotely

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $128,400 - $222,640. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
