Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional supply chain projects focused on material cost reduction, strategic global sourcing, supplier relationship management, and inventory optimization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units to align supply chain initiatives with company objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain processes and drive operational efficiencies.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure project success and supply chain improvements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
Foster strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to optimize procurement processes.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions and market volatility.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all supply chain operations.

Requirements:

Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred, or a proven track record of managing complex supply chain projects.
Minimum of 6 years of experience leading supply chain projects, with a focus on cost reduction, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and inventory optimization.
At least 10 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in sourcing, planning, inventory control, or other operational roles.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and supply chain modeling.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
Proficiency in project management software and supply chain tools.
