Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects focused on material cost reduction, strategic global sourcing, supplier relationship management, and inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units to align supply chain initiatives with company objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain processes and drive operational efficiencies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure project success and supply chain improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to optimize procurement processes.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions and market volatility.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all supply chain operations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred, or a proven track record of managing complex supply chain projects.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience leading supply chain projects, with a focus on cost reduction, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and inventory optimization.
• At least 10 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in sourcing, planning, inventory control, or other operational roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and supply chain modeling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
• Proficiency in project management software and supply chain tools.
