Supply Chain Process Manager (ERP & Operations)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Based at our Reno, NV headquarters, the Supply Chain Process Manager drives ERP and supply chain process improvements across our plants and distribution network. This role ensures efficient planning, scheduling, and inventory management while supporting company-wide best practices. It is ideal for professionals with backgrounds as Supply Chain Managers, ERP Managers, Process Improvement Managers, or Continuous Improvement leaders.

Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, you’ll work closely with operations, purchasing, planning, sales, quality, and product management teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Streamlining ERP scheduling, MRP, BOMs, Routings, Procurement, and inventory processes.
• Supporting supply chain best practices and process standardization.
• Improving accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment, with foundational goal of providing excellent customer service.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives with measurable cost savings.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You’re an energetic, hands-on leader with a strong background in process improvement and ERP systems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated to deliver efficiency and results.

•  3–5 years of process improvement experience in manufacturing.
•  ERP expertise (BOMs, routings, scheduling, inventory).
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.) as applied to enterprise business processes, planning, and ERP workflows,
•  Excellent project leadership, communication, change management, and multitasking abilities.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
