What you'll do
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our Companion Animal Supply Chain. You will lead demand planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to ensure exceptional customer service while optimizing costs, inventory levels, and profitability. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Formulation, and Operations teams, you will establish data-driven planning processes, enhance forecast accuracy, and build strong partnerships with logistics providers. In addition, you will lead and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team, drive change management initiatives, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards across all supply chain activities.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a collaborative and results-driven Supply Chain leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and business acumen with hands-on leadership skills, bringing experience across demand planning, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. You are a proactive problem solver who can identify root causes, lead change, and continuously improve processes while balancing customer service, inventory, and profitability objectives. With exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, you are comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels, leading high-performing teams, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, project management, and ERP systems is considered a strong asset.
